This design seeks to embody that soaring of the spirit, as the dreary winter starts to fall away and we start to look towards the sunshine. Using a limited range of basic stitches, this project is an easier stitch than first imagined. This makes it a great project for someone not long off the starting block of embroidery, as well as those more experienced. Worked on quality linen weave cotton, the outline of the design is printed onto a subtly shaded background. DMC threads are used and the needle is provided, so all is set to open the pack and get stitching straight away. The design is finished with a selection of sequins and beads, just to give that extra sparkle. Each design comes with the signature Dizzy & Creative stitch library, detailing every stitch used step by step, for both right and left handers.
