We currently broadcast 24/7 Sky 673, Freesat 817, & Freeview 85 as well as streaming Live in HD though IPTV technology online at www.hochanda.com. Broadcasting live for 15 hours a day, we offer a huge variety of shows and products. Our website is fully transactional and our in-house call centre with Sales and Customer services is open from 6am to 11pm.

Launched in August 2015 we now have a 120 strong team across all departments. We outsource very little as we pride our self in Hochanda staff providing Hochanda services to the Hochanda consumer. This we feel is the best way to see the passion throughout and ensure it reaches the end user. We are very proud of the team we have who have come from all corners of the Direct Response, Shopping TV, and Retail industry. Hochanda allows our team to really spread their wings and stretch their imaginations to bring the best out of their skills and experience.

Digital Marketing Manager

Description:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping to drive the continued success of the company’s website marketing activity as well as the Direct-to-Consumer Marketing and PR activities and positioning of the company’s brand helping to develop, implement and manage a long-term marketing strategy aligned to the company’s growth programme to increase market presence

Main duties include:

  • To achieve a measurable increase in brand awareness for the attraction of new customers and customer retention.
  • To monitor industry trends, customer behaviour analysis and competitor data to constantly adapt and modify marketing plans as and when necessary.
  • Work with the Directors and senior management team to develop and implement a marketing strategy that will support the brand and drive sales.
  • To liaise with the Senior Management team in order to execute the strategy in a timely fashion in line with wider company objectives and goals.
  • Management responsibility for all brand/marketing communications online. Run the day-to-day digital marketing channel mix across; email, search engine optimization (SEO), affiliates and mobile apps.
  • You will work closely with key internal stake holders and the buying team to maximise new product and brand promotions across the web site.
  • Working with web analytics packages, to help drive the business forward and improve overall customer profitability.
  • Drive and initiate online projects and site enhancements to improve customer journey and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and evaluate visitor activity and conversions, analysing the success of search engine optimization.
  • Manage the relationship with agencies and marketing tech suppliers within budget.
  • To ensure that all marketing and PR activities and projects represent the business objectives in a positive and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget, demonstrating best value for money.

Desired Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience working in an online retail environment.

C# Contractor

Assisting current team with development of new website and admin portal, using a custom CMS framework built on ASP.NET. Specific tasks to be determined by the IT Manager.

Candidate must have at least 5 years commercial experience.

Buying Assistant

Description:

If you are passionate about starting a career in buying within a fast-paced innovative environment, this is the perfect role for you. We are seeking well motivated candidates with excellent administration skills to be able to communicate at all levels.

You will need to be IT literate a strong team player and be proactive in managing your own time effectively.

Main duties include:

  • Provide accurate, timely and thorough buyer and supplier support across the whole spectrum of product administration.
  • Use numeracy (excel) and text (Word) PC skills to work with your buyer and supplier to input product data accurately, check and cross check data supplied in numerous and different formats and use your initiative to deliver and pool the information on offer to enable the best presentation of data in Hochanda’s set systems.
  • Use in-house reporting and get to learn in-depth knowledge of both internal processes and external supply partner’s process to maximise your workload time efficiencies. • Research and learn product information to check and monitor product information documents supplied via our supply partners and where needed improve and edit to be in line with Hochanda’s demanding levels of detail.
  • Ensure all data entry and product descriptions are accurate, spelt correctly, presented in the correct format and all numerical data is correct.
  • Pro-activity identifies smarter processes and procedures to improve efficiency for Hochanda and your role within the buying department.
  • As requested, attend supplier meetings, take the minutes and follow up and resolve any issues as directed by the Buyer and Supplier
  • Accurately process product set up – start to finish including taking full responsibility to deliver all the required information and data input

Inbound Sales & Customer Services Adviser

Location: Hochanda Global Limited, Nene House, Nene Valley Business Park, Oundle, PE8 4HN

Description:

We are recruiting for our busy contact centre, based in Oundle near Peterborough. You will be working as part of our inbound contact centre team taking a mix of sales calls and customer service calls.

Main duties include:

  • To place customer orders and strive to resolve all customer enquiries at first point of contact, primarily by telephone but also by correspondence and email.
  • Handle any customer service queries to satisfaction.
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling through a sale by service approach.
  • Maintain knowledge on; products, procedures, and policies so a consistent high level of service can be provided to customers across all shifts.
  • Identify, resolve, and record customer complaints.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve individual and department KPI’s and SLA's.

Warehouse Returns & Logistics Administrator

Location: Hochanda Global Limited, Nene House, Nene Valley Business Park, Oundle, PE84HN

Description:

Working with both the Warehouse & Operations Support Team, you will support delivery efficiency from the point of order to the customers door within service level agreements. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the smooth flow of orders, customer returns & deliveries while maintaining a safe organised working environment.

Main duties include:

  • Process daily returns, put away the returns process EOM returns and generate the EOM report for finance & create labels for returns to the supplier this will form up to 50% of the role
  • Be the point of contact for courier (Bookings / tracking / claims / NTC’s / documentation)
  • Carry out warehouse supplier delivery audits
  • Maintain the warehouse plan with deliveries / despatches
  • Process the warehouse emails
  • Process the pick rates & miss picks statistics
  • OTIF & other Kpi data collection
  • Manage consumables / inventory / raise PO’s
  • Own the Inventory audit checks, adhoc, monthly, annual stock take
  • Housekeeping audits
  • Goods received notes, processing
  • Training records, H&S records – skills matrix
  • Update the daily dashboard with KPi’s
  • Will assume additional responsibilities for the necessary growth of Hochanda and the operations team, to provide support for both the operations support supervisor, supplier support administration and the customer experience supervisor when required.

We require a Senior Developer to work within a small team of developers, primarily working on our custom CMS system being used to develop the next generation of our website.
