It’s our referral scheme that lets you and your friends claim a Create and Craft voucher the first time they order with Create and Craft.

We’ll email you your voucher as soon as your friend has made their first purchase with us.

You probably didn’t receive your voucher code because your friend hasn’t had their first order with us yet. We’ll contact you as soon as they’ve done this. Remember, your friend must use their voucher on their first order within 7 days of receiving it.

If you can’t find the answers to your questions in our FAQs, please send them to us using our Contact Us form. This will allow us to prioritise your query and deal with it as quickly as possible.

You can be referred if you’ve never shopped with us before.

To claim your voucher, enter your email address on the Refer a Friend page, and we’ll send you a voucher to add at checkout on your first order. You can also enter the full name of the friend that has recommended you at checkout, look for the box that says ‘Been referred by a friend?’ Remember you must have spent the minimum amount stated at Create and Craft to qualify. This voucher will only be valid for your first order and needs to be used within 7 days of receiving it.

You can Refer a Friend if you have shopped with us at least once before.

Our Refer a Friend scheme has multiple ways you can recommend your friends. You can share by using your name, via email, through Facebook and Facebook messenger, or by a unique link. Once they’ve signed up and made their first purchase with us, you’ll receive a voucher for your next order.

You can recommend Create and Craft to as many friends as you like.

This could be because the minimum spend to use with a Refer a Friend voucher has not been met and it must be the only voucher you use for that order.

You can claim a Refer a Friend voucher if you have an Create and Craft account, just as long as you haven’t placed an order yet.
